Chicago Advertising Agencies: Rosen & Brichta has just launched their agency's new advertising & marketing website, asking visitors to think about the marketing challenges they face today. Central to the new website is a carousel displaying a number of difficult challenges R&B clients have served up to the agency in recent history, and how Rosen & Brichta has risen to the challenge of each client need.

“All clients today have challenges that must be overcome,” says agency CEO Jerry Rosen. “Here, we’ve created a place where you can cycle through a number of challenges and see how we have helped clients not only meet them, but rise above them.”
“The challenges we put in the carousel are the challenges we hear about from clients and prospects almost every day,” says Creative Chief Bill Brichta. We made our website super simple, and focused on the struggles clients and marketers are having every day. That’s when clients call us. Not when things are good, but when they feel some sort of pain.”
R&B Web Designer chief Eric Nardo says, “We wanted to create an environment where we’re focusing much more on the client and the client experience than simply talking about ourselves. Our challenge was to find a way to connect to the client in a very different manner.”
The new website is also built on a self-administrated platform where anyone at the agency can add content at will. That way, the site will stay up to the minute, reflecting new work and new thinking R&B does for each client each and every day.
“This site shows how powerful insight and integrated thinking can be on the part of our clients,” says Business Development head Meg Wheaton. “It clearly shows how our use of strategy, smart ideas, digital and traditional media can really help our clients.”
